Excellent Recent Stay
good decor refurbished bar food selection relaxing atmosphere
I really enjoyed the hotel decor. The bar area was recently refurbished. The bar had a good selection of ales. I also thought the atmosphere was great. Food was good as well. I also found the staff cute and relaxing.
The hotel sits a little off the city center location.

Breakfast delivered to table quickly. The food was very good and hot. I ordered from the menu with bread and juice. The complimentary drink replaced water.

The staff was always at hand if I needed anything. I appreciated the nice and friendly staff. Staff always had a smile. I thought the service was excellent.

The location is great for Swallow Falls waterfall. It also works great as a base for the national park. Access into Parc Eryri and Snowdonia is easy. It is approximately 2 miles from another town.

The room was nice, clean, and cozy. It also looks new. The room included a king sized bed. I also had a bunk bed in room. I found the bed comfy.

friendly staff tasty food
the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable breakfast had a tasty selection of food. the food was reasonably priced

clean room comfortable bed hot water unfriendly staff empty buffet chaotic service
The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and provided hot water.
The bar staff were unfriendly. It seemed they preferred chatting with chefs to serving guests. Breakfast service was chaotic. No one greeted us and the buffet was empty.

the double or twin room offered ample space i found that a welcome addition after my hikes. the restaurant featured a delicious breakfast i found its variety quite appealing.
the bar area could get a bit noisy in the evening it was still manageable.
